We recommend that each seasonal camper purchase their own individual insurance, as we are not responsible for any damage caused by natural disasters, negligence, theft, or loss of electricity.
Underage drinking will not be tolerated. Remember, children cannot use the site without parents present.
There are to be no more than 2 vehicles on your site. If you have guests arriving and need additional parking they must park in the field.
Ask before digging, even tent stakes. We have underground electrical cable, water and sewer lines. There will be a $50 per hour fee plus parts to repair any underground utilities that are damaged.
Additional structures, screen houses, storage sheds, decks, patios etc. MUST HAVE PRIOR APPROVAL.
Get permission on anything you plan on changing or hauling into your site. No gravel or rocks without Nick’s approval first.
Please, no junk collecting in campsites. If you don’t want it at home, chances are we don’t want it here either.
When your camper is vacant, please turn off air conditioner and heat.
We are not responsible for any food loss or damage due to electrical failure.
We are not responsible to trim around campers, sheds, decks and non-permanent structures. You are to keep your sites mowed and trimmed.
Keep all your belongings secure and your eyes open. If you see unauthorized suspicious persons wandering through the campground please ask them who they are and where they are staying. If you have any concerns call Nick.
Garbage is picked up every Thursday. All garbage should be secured in a plastic bag. Do not throw anything loose in the dumpster. Household trash only. No demo, small appliances etc. All boxes must be broken down. Bringing garbage to the dumpster is NOT a job for children.
Any tents set up on your site must be approved by Nick prior to set up. There may be a fee per tent per night.
Please remember that this campground has been set up with 30 Amp service to each site. Should future issues arise with breakers tripping, the removal of extra refrigerators and freezers may be necessary.
We are not a storage facility and will not store any vehicles, boats or trailers during the winter season.
Fireworks are not allowed in any form on our property unless approved by Nick prior.
Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. – 8 a.m. All children under 18 must be in their campsites at 11 p.m.

All children must obey the curfew of 11:00 p.m. and must be on their sites or accompanied by a parent. No child may be left in the campground without a responsible adult supervising them.
Dogs may be allowed with prior approval and must be leashed at all times. You are responsible for picking up dog refuse at the time it is created. Dogs must be under your control at all times (this includes excessive barking). You are responsible for any damage or injury caused by your dog. These rules apply to dogs belonging to guests as well. For the protection of all guests, we reserve the right to ask you to remove your dog from the premises at any time.

Your seasonal site includes family members and your dependents living at home. Children under 21 cannot use the site without parents present.
Large groups of overnight guests require prior approval. Fees may apply to groups over 8 people. It is your responsibility to make sure that all of your visitors know the rules. The fees help defray costs to the grounds needed due to the extra use.
Any guest using your camper in your absence must have prior approval.
No subletting your site or equipment. Your seasonal agreement is between the individuals noted in agreement and Swan Lake Campground.
This agreement DOES NOT entitle any other individuals to use your camping unit or site. If you are not using your site, no one else is permitted to use your site or camping unit.
Please respect others spaces by not walking through without permission.
No off-road vehicles are allowed to drive around the campground except to leave the property for trail riding, for our residents use for work purposes only after 9:00 a.m.

Fish cleaning remains must be wrapped in paper (provided) and disposed of in the dumpster (provided).
No animals on the beach.
Only paper, wood, and natural products in fire pits. Please, no garbage.
No fires except in fire rings and personal fire rings.
For our seasonal campers, we would like to keep the campground looking neat. Any extra tubs, rakes, shovels, etc. need out to be housed out of sight.
Nothing except waste and toilet paper is to be dumped into the sewer as we have a septic system. This will avoid any plugging or repairs to the system which would make the system unusable by all.
Boats and trailers to be parked in the field.
Swan Lake Campground is private property and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone non-compliant with campground rules and regulations. We also reserve the right to change Rules and Regulations at any time to protect the safety of all campers. All activities in the campground are done at the individual’s free will and Swan Lake Campground will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money/valuables of any kind.
We greatly appreciate your compliance with the campground rules!
